enjoyed my stay at a beautiful new hotel in loudenvielle. loved the spacious rooms, friendly staff, and delicious meals. the location was perfect, with a ski lift and green area right outside. great for families and pet-friendly too!

We spent Christmas holidays in a cozy hotel surrounded by breathtaking mountains. The room was very comfortable and clean, with lovely views of the snowy peaks. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice. We also appreciated the opportunity to take advantage of the nearby spa facilities, which were easily accessible from the hotel.

The dinners were not up to our expectations. The food was overpriced and lacked flavor, leaving us disappointed.

I wanted to visit Balnea Centre Thermoludique and chose Mercure for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's ability to speak English and Spanish at the 24-hour front desk. Additionally, the free WiFi throughout the property was a great benefit, allowing me to stay connected easily. The property also offered a sauna, restaurant, and shared lounge, providing added comfort and relaxation. The onsite restaurant, Copains, served delicious local cuisine, and the breakfast options, including buffet and à la carte, were excellent.

Located in the mountains, the hotel is perfect for ski lovers. With the ski lift in front of the hotel and beautiful green areas for a walk, it's a great location. The spacious and clean rooms offer magnificent mountain views, and the outdoor heated pool is warm with spectacular mountain views. The lobby is well decorated and cozy with a fireplace, and the gym and hot tub are nice facilities. Overall a recommended spot to stay in the area.

I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

During our stay at the hotel, we took the opportunity to explore the nearby Val-Louron and Peyragudes. These places were absolutely worth it and provided us with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy as a family. We had a fantastic time skiing and hiking in the stunning surroundings. The hotel also had a wonderful children's playground, which kept our little ones entertained for hours.

My children wanted a larger swimming pool for more fun.
